M e n u f u n c t i o n s
Note: The information or
services you have accessed
are stored in the cache of your
phone. A cache is a buffer
memory, which is used to
store data temporarily. If you
have tried to access or have
accessed confidential
information requiring
passwords (for example, your
bank account), empty the
cache of your phone after
each use.
To empty the cache, see
cache memory" on page 51.

Bookmarks

To use and manage the page addresses
that you have saved as bookmarks in
the phone's memory:
1. While browsing, press
select Bookmarks, or select
Bookmarks in the
2. Scroll to the desired bookmark and
press Options.
3. Select Go to to make a connection
to the page associated with the
bookmark. You can also, for
example, edit or delete the
bookmark, send it to another
phone, save it in the desired folder
or create a new bookmark.

Receiving a bookmark
When you receive a bookmark as an
OTA message, press
View to view the bookmark,
add it to the bookmark list or
to discard it.

Service inbox

The phone is able to receive service
messages ('pushed messages') from
your service provider (network service).
To set the phone to receive service
messages: In the Services
Settings, Service inbox
Service messages, and On.
To set the phone to automatically
fetch the content indicated in the
service message: In the
select Settings, Service inbox
Automatic connection
To view a service message:
1. Press Show to view the message
right away or press
later in Service inbox
Services menu. OR: While
browsing, press
Other options and
Options and select
Save to
Discard
menu, select
settings,
Services menu,
settings,
and On.
Exit to view it
in the
Options and select
Service inbox.
