You can select the sotmdtrack language when you
play a multilingual DVD.
AUDIO
During playback, press @ repeatedly until the
F_referred language track is selected.
Selecting the audio channel (VCD)
AUDIO
During playback, press @ repeatedly until the
preferred attdio channel is heard. Options include
Stereo, Left, Right, and Mix.
No te:

if the preferred language option is not heard
after selecting it for several times, that
language is not recorded on the disc.
° The soundtrack language selected is only
applicable for the current session. When you
stop playback and try to play the disc again,
the default language track will be used.
Viewing subUUes (DID)
When playing back a disc recorded with subtitles, yon
can select the subtitle language or turn the subtitle off.
To view subtitles:
SUBTITLE
Press _) repeatedly during playback until the
F_referred language is selected.
The Subtitle l:_roml:_t will disaF_pearafter a few seconds.
To disable subtitles:
SUBTITLE
Press @ until Off appears.
No te:
° Not all DVDs have encoded subtitles.
,, The subtitle selection may revert to the default
language when you stop playback and try to
play the DVD again.

Turning off the PBC function (VCD)
1 Press Pta(_DEin sto F, mode.
Press A or Y to select Node, then press @
repeatedly until Normal appears.
PLAY
3 Press _ to close the screen.
To turn on the PBC function:
Follow steps 1 and 2 above, then press @ repeatedly
until PBC aF_pears.
When enabled, PBC allows interactive Video CD
playback using the remote control.
