    Channel 7/8 and are thus subject to the 7/8 Gain, Balance and Send Controls. Send Controls: Channels 1 through 8 on the miXim 10 have indi- vidual Send controls. These Send controls provide up to 6 dB of post-fader gain over the channel's own gain stage. The combined Send signals are sent out the Send Out at the top right of the unit.

    Stereo Return miXim 10 has a stereo Return. This return is designed to be used with a tip/ring/sleeve jack. The tip goes left, the ring goes right and the sleeve is common (ground) to both channels. The Stereo Return level is controlled by the miXim 10's "Stereo Rtn" pot. If you are not using the Return, it can be used as additional unity gain stereo input.

    The output levels of miXim 10 are controlled by the stereo Main level pot. When set to 9 o'clock, miXim 10 has unity gain. This is the best setting for going into a mixing board. If you are going into a power amplifier, this pot will act as a convenient volume control.

    For the best S/N ratio, set the send level on the miXim 10 so that the effects unit is getting the “hottest” possible signal without overloading.
