Operation of hands-free phoning
Calling a Number in the Call log

Enter Bluetooth mode
Press the [
] button.

Select the call log mode
Turn the [VOL] knob and press it when the
desired item is displayed.
Select "Outgoing Calls", "Incoming Calls", or
"Missed Calls".

Select a name or phone number
Turn the [VOL] knob and press it when the
desired item is displayed.
✍ Switching between Display Modes
Press the [DISP] button.
Pressing this button each time switches between
name and telephone number.

Make a call
Press the [VOL] knob.

• The outgoing call list and the incoming call list, and the
missed call list are the lists of calls originated from and
received at this unit. They are not the ones stored in the
cell-phone memory.

Dial a Number

Enter Bluetooth mode
Press the [
] button.

Select the number dial mode
Turn the [VOL] knob and press it when the
desired item is displayed.
Select "Number Dial".

Enter a phone number
1. Turn the [VOL] knob to select the numbers,
and then press the [VOL] knob.
Turn the [VOL] knob and press it when the
desired item is displayed.
Select the digit.
2. Turn the [VOL] knob and press it when the
desired item is displayed.
Move to the next digit.
• P ress the number ([1] – [0]), #([FM]), *([AM]), or
+([¢]) button on the remote controller.
✍ To erase the entered phone number digit
by digit:
Press the [4] button on the remote
controller.

Make a call
• Press the [VOL] knob.
• P ress the [DIRECT] button on the remote
controller.

• You can input max 32 digits.
Making a call by voice dialing
You can make a voice call using the voice
recognition function of the cell-phone.

Enter Voice tag mode
Press the [VOL] button for at least 1 second.
"Voice Tag" is displayed.

Have the cell-phone recognize your spoken
word
Pronounce the name registered in the cell-
phone.
The recognized phone number (name) is displayed.
Exit the Voice tag mode
Press the [VOL] button for at least 1 second.

• If "No Support" is displayed, your cell-phone does not
support the voice recognition function.
• If "No Active device" is displayed, your cell-phone cannot
start voice recognition.
• Audio sound is not output during voice recognition.
Registering to the Preset Dial Number
List

Select the phone number you wish to register
Select the phone number with reference to the
following:
- Calling a Number in the Phone Book (page 30)
- Calling a Number in the Call log (page 31)
- Dial a Number (page 31)

Enter Preset Memory mode
Press the [VOL] button for at least 1 second.

Select the preset number to put in the
memory
Turn the [VOL] knob.
Select the preset number.

Determine the preset number to put in the
memory
Press the [VOL] knob for at least 2 seconds.
Exit the Preset Memory mode
Press the [MENU] button.
