Supplying power
The camera can be supplied with power from the wall outlet (wall socket) by
connecting to the AC Adaptor, using the multi-use terminal USB cable
(supplied).
You can import images to a computer without worrying about wearing down
the batte W pack by connecting the camera to a computer using the multi-use
terminal USB cable.

• Power calmot be supplied when the battery pack is nol inserted in the camera.
• Power supply lrom the wall oullel (wall sockel) is available only when the camera
is in playback mode or whell a conneclion is made belween lhe camera and a
computer. If 1he camera is in shooting mode or while you are changing lhe settings
ollhe camera, power is not supplied even ilyou make a USB connection using the
multi=use terminal USB cable.
• llyou connecl lhe camera and a computer using the mulli-use terminal USB cable
when the camera is in playback mode, the display on lhe camera is changed lirom
the playback screen to lhe USB conneclion screen. Press i_' (Playback) button Io
swilch to the playback screen.

Ensure the notched corner faces

Insert the memory card (sold separately).
• With the notched corner facing as illustrated, insert the memory card
until it clicks into place.

Close the cover.
• Closing the cover with the battery inserted incorrectly may damage the 6B
camera.
