Symptom
The disc does not play.
The MP3 file cannot be played.
The JPEG
image file cannot be
played.
The MP3 files and JPEG
image
files starts playing
sinmltaneously.
The titles of folder/file/file
name
are not displayed
correctly.
A disc does not start playing
from the beginning.
Remedy
• There is no disc inseded.
• The disc is upside down.
Insert the disc with the playback
side facing down.
• The disc is skewed on the disc tray.
• The system
cannot play CD-ROMs,
etc. (page 5).
• The region code on the DVD does not match the system.
• Moisture
has condensed
inside the unit and may cause damage
to the lenses.
Remove the disc and leave the unit turned on for about hall' an hour.
• The DATA
CD is not recorded
in the MP3 format that conlbrms
to IS() 9660
Level l/Level
2, or Joliet.
• The DATA
DVD is not recorded
in an MP3 format that conforms
to UDF
(Universal
Disk Format).

in a JPEG format that conforms

Disk Format).
• It has an extension
other than ".JPEG"
or ".JPG."
• It is larger than 3,072 (width)
x 2,048 (height)
in normal mode, or more than
2,000,000
pixels in Progressive
JPEG image file which is mainly
used on the
Internet WEB site.
• It does not fit the TV screen (those
images are reduced).
• The [MODE
(MUSIC,
IMAGE)]
setting has been set to [MUSIC]
(page 41).
• If you cannot change the [MODE
(MUSIC,

setting,
re-load the disc
or turn the system off, then on.
