carton to the originalconsumer purchaser, is warranted by SAMSUNGagainst manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanship for a limited
warranty period of:
One (1) Year Parts and Labor*
(*90 Days Partsand Laborfor CommercialUse)
This limited warrantybeginsonthe original date of purchase,and is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States. To receive
warranty service, the purchaser must contact SAMSUNGfor problem determinationand service procedures. Warrantysarv{cecan on_ybe
performed by a SAMSUNGauthorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchaseto
SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG's authorized service center. Transportationof the productto and from the service center is the responsibilityof the
purchaser.
SAMSUNGwill repair or rep{acethisproduct, at our option and at no chargeas stipulated herein,with new or reconditionedparts or products if
found to be defective during the {imitadwarranty periodspecified above. AI_replaced parts and products become the propertyof SAMSUNGand
must be returned to SAMSUNG. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining originalwarranty, or ninety (96)days, whichever is
longer.
SAMSUNG's obligations with respect tosoftware products distributed by SAMSUNG under the SAMSUNGbrand nameare set forth in the
applicableend user license agreement. Non-SAMSUNGhardware and softwareproducts, if provided, are on an "AS iS" basis, NomSAMSUNG
manufacturers,suppliers, publishers, a nd service providers may provide their own warranties,
This limited warranty covers manufacturingdefects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal,and except to theextent otherwise
expressly providedfor in this statement, noncommercialuse of this product, and shall not apply to the following, including,but not limited to:
damage which occurs in shipment;delivery and installation; applications and uses for which this productwas not intended;altered product or
serial numbers; cosmetic damage or exteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of products,
equipment, systems, utilities,services, parts, supplies,accessories, applications, installations, repairs,external wiring or connectors not supplied

customer adjustmentsand failureto follow operating instructions,cleaning, maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered and
prescribed in the instruction book; product removalor rainstallation; reception problems and distortion relatedto noise, echo, interferenceor other
signal transmission and delivery problems. SAMSUNGdoes not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product.
