How to Use the Different
Types of Menus and
Control Panels
The TV's nlenu system has three types of screens: inenus, cnntrol panels, and choice lists. Ybu use
the buttons tin the remote or the front panel to access the menu system and make changes to the
settings.

Menus
The first inenH is called tile Matin menu. Press MENU tin tile remote or tin tile
tront panel to bring up the Main menu. Note that holding MENt tnr 2 seconds
displays the GtlDE
Plus+ system.
Menus take you to another menu or a control panel. There are two ways to
select a choice in a 111entl:

the menu system, or you're just plain
tired of exploring,
press CLEAR to
remove
the menus from the screen
and start over again.

Control
Panels
Control panels allow you to adjust tile default settings on many [Uatures nf your
TV. You can choose at setting, enter a number, nr adjust a level such as tint or
brighmess.
There are three types nf control panels: sliders, numeric entry and
choice lisls.
