Tnere are two switches in the starting circu]l ol your unit: the clut;h pedal swit oh and the deck lift lever
_witch. M_ke certain the _ctuator is fully he,tossing the buttD'_ or1 each swllch
The battery must be insla_ied wffh nag&tire terminal attached to black ground wire Negative terrninar is
identified a_ the post by' "NEG ¸', "N" or "-". The positive terminal, identified by "POS". "P" or %", must be
attache€ Io the big red wire which goe_ to the solenoid.

below the spill rings with water. Charge with 6 amp
Replace luse with automotive type fuse. Fuses seldom fail wrihout & reason The problem must be
corrected Check for loose connections in the luse holder. Replace fuse holder if necessary. A dead
shod may be in the cranking r_r ch_.rging circJit where the insulation may have rubbed through and
exposed he bare wire Replace lhe wire or repair with electrician s tape if the wire _trands have not
been damaged.
