Blade Control
The bladecontrolis attachedto the upperhandle.
Depressand squeezeit againstthe upperhandleto
operatethe unit. Releaseit to stop the engineand
blade.

Recoil Starter
The recoilstarteris attachedto the rightupper handle.
Standbehindthe unit, depressbladecontrol,and pull
the recoilstarterropeto startthe unit.
Gas and Oil Fill-Up
1. Checkoil leveland add oil if necessary.Followengine
manualfor this.
2. Servicethe enginewith gasolineas instructedin the
enginemanual.See enginemanualfor locationof gas
and oil fill.
