AEROBIC RIDER 2. The AEROBIC RIDER 2 offers a
unique form of low-impact exercise that uses both the
upper body and the lower body for greater cardiovas-
cular benefits and increased toning.

before using the AEROBIC RIDER 2. If you have

The model number is 831.287943. The serial number
can be found on a decal attached to the AEROBIC
RIDER 2 (see the front cover of this manual).
