Give the consultant your complete
shipping address. (No P.O. Box

KitchenAid will arrange to deliver a
replacement toaster and have your
"failed" toaster returned to us.
Put your "failed" toaster in the original
shipping carton along with a sheet of
paper with your name and address on it,
and proof ofpurchase (register receipt,
credit card charge slip, etc.)
