Use timers

You can set timers to switch the TV to standby
at a specified time.
Tip
•
Set the sleep timer before you use timers.

You can switch off your TV earlier or reset the sleep
timer when the time is up.

Press ADJUST and select [Settings].

» The sleep timer can be set up to 180
minutes.
TV locks
You can prevent your children from watching
certain programs or channels by locking the TV
controls.
Set or change your password

Press ADJUST and select [Parental].

Select [Enter password] or select [Change
Password].

Enter your password using the numeric
buttons on the remote control.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create
or change your password.

Press ADJUST and select [Parental].

Enter password and select [Channel Lock].

Select channel. Press OK to lock or unlock
channel.

Repeat the steps to lock or unlock more

[Channel Lock]: When a channel is

locked:
• Enter your four-digit password to
access the Channel Block menu.
• Enter your four-digit password to
view locked channels.
• Enter your four-digit password to
access the parental controls menu.
[Clear All]: This function will clear all

previously stored locked channels and
source settings.
• The default password is '0000'.
The user can change and set your
own password.

You will be prompted to enter your password when
attempting to view the locked channel.

Adjust VGA settings

» The [VGA setting] menu will appear.
