Using The Tool; Draining _T Storing Hose - Hoover Carpet Cleaner Operating, And Servicing Instructions

Attach the Stair/Upholstery Nozzle
Unplug carpet cleaner From electrical outlet.

SHde tool onto hose,,
Snap tool over tab
(A) on hose.,
To remove tool:
Push forward and
up on latch {B),
Slide too! off hose_
NOTE: The handle
must be in the upright
position in order to
get cleaning solution
through the hose.,
Drain the Hose
When finished using the Hose and Stair/Upholstery nozzle, remove water from the hose.

Turn carpet cleaner on
and hold end of hose up
for several seconds {A)o
Do not press trigger,
Turn the carpet cleaner
off and unplug it_
Turn carpet c]eaner off
and unplug ito
Hold hose connector in
sink and press trigger
to remove solution
from hose (B).
Store the Hose
Unplug carpet cleaner fl'om electrical outlet.
Hook hose connector
(A) into caddy.
Wrap hose
around caddy in a
counterclockwise
direction°

Hook tool connector
(B) and stair/
upholstery nozzle
