To turn the camera on, open the lens cover fully.
The camera turns off when the lens cover is
closed.

button to start playback. Pressthe
shutter button halfway to return to shooting mode.
Cautions
• Pictures carl be affected by fingerprints and other
marks on the lens. Keep the lensclean.
• Closing the cover does not completely cut power to
tile camera.
To turn the camera on and begin playback, press
the []
button for about a second.
Press the []
button again to turn the camera off.

To exit to shooting mode, presstile shutter button
halfway. Pressthe []
button to return to playback.

Tip: AutoPower Off
The camera will turn offautomatically
if no operations are performed
for tile length of time selected in the
AUTO POWER OFF menu (see page 89).
