Focus.
Press the shutter button halfway
to focus.

Tile lens may make a noise when the camera
focuses. This is normal.
If the camera isable to focus, it will beep twice
and the indicator lamp will glow green.
If the camera isunableto focus,the red colored
focus frame and !AF will appear in the
monitor, and the indicator lamp will blink
green. Change the composition
or use
focus lock (pg. 32).
6 Shoot.
Smoothly press the shutter
button the rest of the way down
to take the picture.
Tip: TheShutter Button
Tile shutter button has two positions. Pressingthe
shutter button halfway ((]_))setsfocus and exposure;
to shoot, pressthe shutter button the rest of the way
down ((_)).
