beginning
the
installation,
switchpower offat the service
panel and lockthe service disconnecting means
to prevent power from being switchedon
accidentallg. When the service disconnecting
means cannot be locked, securelyfasteno
prominent warning device, such as o tog,to
the service panel.

and exhausting
of gases through
the flue

prevent back drafting.
Follow the heating
equipment
manufacturer's
guidelines
and

and the American SocietLl for Heating,
Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning
Engineers
(ASHRAE), and the local code authorities.
When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do
not damage electrical
wiring and other hidden
utilities.
