Form potties with o depression in the center of each. Place
on o microwovoble roosting rock. Brush with o browning
agent, if desired. Cover with waxed paper. Turn over
halfway through cooking. Let stand covered 1 minute.
Place the roost-fat side down on o microwovoble roosting
rock. Add desired seasonings and cover with waxed paper.
Turn meat over halfway through cooking and shield
if necessary. Remove the roost from the microwave oven
when the desired temperature is reached. Let stand covered
with the foil 15 minutes. (Temperature may rise about 10°F.)
Place the roost fat-side down on o microwovoble roosting
rock. Brush lomb with marinade or desired seasonings such
as rosemary, thyme or murjorom. Cover with waxed paper.
Turn the roost over after 15 minutes, and again after 30 minutes.
Shield if necessary.
Remove the roost from the microwave when the desired
temperature is reached. Let stand covered with foil 15 minutes.
(Temperature may rise about 10°F.)
Place bacon slices on o microwovoble roosting r ock.
Cover with paper towels.
After cooking, let stand 1 minute.
Place chops in o microwovoble baking dish.
Add desired seasonings and cover with vented plastic wrap.
Cook until no longer pink or until internal temperature
reaches 170°F.Turn the chops over halfway through cooking.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
(Temperature may rise about 10°F.)
Place the roost in o cooking bog in a microwovoble dish.
Add seasonings and browning agent if desired. Close the
bog loosely with microwovoble closure or string. After
cooking, let stand in bog 15 minutes. (Temperature may
rise about 10°F.)The internal temperature of pork should
reach 170°F before serving.
