7. Magnetic Nameplate (some models)
Reversehandleswhile doors areoff. Removethetwo screws
attaching thehandletothebottomofthefreezer door.Remove
short trimpiece b y sliding t hetrimstraight u pandoffofhandle
bracket.Removethescrewattachingthetopof thehandleto
door,andreinstall on otherside,usingthesameholesas the
nameplate. To move nameplate to other side, remove the
magneticnameplatefrom itsframe,turn frameupside down
andinstall inoldhandleholes. I nsertmagneticnameplate into
frame.Reattach handletobottomofdoor.Slidethetrimpiece
straight downontohandlebracket.

bracket.Removethescrewattaching thetopof thehandleto
door, andreinstall o notherside, usingtheholesfound behind
the self-adhesive n ameplate. Tomovenameplatetotheother
side,peeloff thenameplateandreapplyovertheoldhandle
holes.Reattachhandle t obottomofdoor.Slide thetrimpiece
straight downontohandlebracket.

8. Trim Removal (Full-Length Trimmodels only)
In somemodels, therefrigeratordoor has a full ienqth trim
piece which oontinues from the bottom of the handle to the
bottom of the door. The top of the trim attaches to the
handle bracket . Anadhesive "trimlock" is positicnedakmut
half-way down. The bottom of the trim is held in place by
either an adhesive trim lock, or a trim lockwith two prongs
inserted into a hole on the face of the cbor. Remove the trim
by gently pul 1 ing the trim 1ock areas out and away from the
door. When the trim is free fromthe door, slide the trim
straight down and away from the handle bracket.
Formodelswith shorthandletrim,removeby slidingthe
trimstraight cbwnandoffofhandle bracket.
To removehandles:Remove thethree screwsattaching
thehandlet°therefrigerat°rdoor'Carefullyrem°vehole
plugsfromcorrespondingholesonopposite sideofdoors
andreattachhandle.
Toreattachtrim:Slidebothtrimlocksoutoftrim. Insert
thenewadhesivetrimlockscontainedinyourliterature
pack._fE: Trim lockmustbe removedand installedby
sliding0VERthetwodonutshapedareas.Install trimto
handlebyslidingup°verb°tt°m°fhandle'Carefullyalign
trimandpressdownat trimlocklocations. Replacehole
plugonoppositeside.Use rubbingalcoholtoremoveany
adhesiveresiduefrcmoldtrimlocklocaticn(s).
