To assign your own authority level to another phone:
Lift the handset.
Dial.
Enter authorization code and press.
Verification tone.
Dial your own extension number and press.

Verification tone.
Dial the digit or digits to get an external line and the external
number.
To change your individual authorization code:
Lift the handset.
Dial.
Enter old authorization code and press.
Enter new authorization code and press.
Verification tone.
