Manually Adjusting Image Contrast

The EPSON Perfection 600
automatically adjusts the contrast of the selected
image. However, if you are not satisfied with the result,
you can manually adjust the image's contrast.
To manually adjust contrast:
1. Click the Contrast button
displays as a white triangle in the preview area.
2. Click in the lightest area of the image. The EPSON
Perfection 600 software will adjust the image
highlights by making your selection white and
correcting darker tones accordingly.
3. Click the Contrast button
holding down the Alt key (on a PC) or the Option
key (on a Macintosh), click the darkest area of the
image.
