Press STOP during playback.
For your convenience
When play is stopped, the unit records the point where
STOP was pressed (RESUME function). Press RESUME,
and play will resume from this point. When the tray is
opened or PLAY is pressed again, the RESUME function
will be cleared.
The RESUME function works only with discs for which the
elapsed playing time appears on the window display
dudng playback.
This feature will be cleared when the power is turned OFF
and then ON,
Press PAUSE/STEP during playback.
a DVD
The player will be placed in the still picture mode.
• CD
The player will be placed in the pause mode.
Also you can advance a DVD video disc frame by
frame. Each time you press the PAUSE/STEP
button during still playback, the picture advances
one frame.
To return to normal playback, press PLAY.
Skipping ahead
Press SKIP HH during play.
A chapter(DVD) or a track(CD) is skippedeach timethe but-
ton is pressed.
Skipping back
Press SKIP N< during play.
• When the buttonis pressedonce midwaythrough a
chapter/track, t he playerreturnsto the startof that
chapter/track. W henit is pressedagain, a chapter/track is
skippedeach time thebuttonis pressed.
