picture.
Audio is also recorded
for
on the spot narration.
Or, you can add
narration
later with the Audio
Dubbing
feature to make an interesting
slide show,
etc. (page 47).

Before you begin...
• Set the POWER Switch to CAMERA.
Press PHOTO
SHOT Button in Record/
Pause mode.
"PHOTO"
will appear in the EVF or the
LCD monitor.
• If SHUTTER
on the menu screen is
set to ON, a sound effect similar to the
shutter of a film camera will be heard
when the PHOTO
SHOT Button is
pressed.

the POWER
Switch to VCR.
Press MENU to display
the VCR mode
menu screen in the EVF or the LCD
monitor.
Rotate the SELECT
SET WHEEL
to
select INDEX and press down to select
PHOTO.
Press one of the INDEX
SEARCH
Buttons
on the remote control
(Optional,
page 53) to advance
or
rewind the tape to playback
a photo
shot scene.
• To view the next photo shot, the
INDEX SEARCH
Button must be
pressed
again.
Note:
• The picture quality will deteriorate
slightly.
• The tape remaining indicator will not
appear while PHOTO SHOT feature is
used.
• When the AUDIO-REC
mode is changed,
the shutter sound effect may not be able
to be heard even when SHUTTER
is set
to on.
