When silouting witil the subject at the edge nlthe flame (or the screen), or when using [Center AF], tize
camera may not focus nn a subject at the edge of the frame. In a case like this, do as follows.

Recompose
the shot so Ihat the subject is centered
in the AF range finder, and press the shutter
button halfway
down to focus on the subject (AF lock).
