Changing the screen display
Each time you press the ]l-q] (Display/LCD
on/oft) button, the display changes as
follows.
Histogram on
Indicators off
Histogram display

• A large difference in the hislogram displayed
when shooting and during playback may occur
when:
The flash strobes.
The shutter speed is slow or high.
• The hislogram may not appear for images
recorded using other cameras. ,_
• When you sel lhe LCD screen to Off, lhe digilal ,_ _ "

Mode] is set Io [Single] (page 46). When you

(macro). the image is displayed lor aboul two ¢D
seconds.

Indicators on
• When you set the histogranl display to on,
image information is displayed during playback.
• The histogram does not appear:
When shooting in tile lollowing situations
The menu is displayed.
Recording movies.
During playback in tile following situations
The menu is displayed.
In index mode.
You are using playback zoom.
You are rotating still images.
Playback of movies.
