Click [View/Modify Keywords].
You can also select [View/Modify Keywords] from the [Tools] menu.

Place a check mark beside the keyword you wish to use and
click [OK].
To add a keyword, type the new word in the box and click [+].
You can add and delete keywords. Open the Manage keywords window
by selecting [Manage keywords] from the [Tools] menu.
