Registering the Battery to the Camera
You can register up to six Battery Pack LP-E6's to the camera. To
register multiple battery packs to the camera, do the procedure below
for each battery pack.

Press the
<INFO.
> button.
® With the Battery info. screen
displayed, press the <INF0.> button.
_y,, T he battery history screen will
appear.
_y,, I f the battery has not been registered,
it will be grayed out.
Select [Register].
® Turn the <G> dial to select
[Register], then press <__>.
_y,, T he confirmation dialog will appear.

Select [OK].
® Turn the <O> dial to select [OK],
then press <__>.
_y,, T he battery pack will be registered,
and the battery history screen will
reappear.
_ The grayed out battery will now be
displayed in white letters.
® Press the
<MENU>
button. The
Battery info. screen will reappear.
® Battery registration is not possible if Size_AA/LR6 batteries are in the
Battery Grip BG_E6 or if you use th e AC Adapter Kit ACK-E6,
® If s x battery packs have already been registered, [Register] cannot be
selected, To delete unnecessary battery inf0rmati0n;refer to page 215 •
