6.Install new batteries by matching the "plus" and " minus" ends ofthe batter-
ies with the "plus" and " minus" indicators you'll see o utside the two white
battery shapes inthe space where the batteries sit.
7.Snap the batteries into place.
8.Put the thermostat back onthe wall b racket bylining u pthe two slots o n
the bottom edge ofthe back ofthe thermostat with the two lips on the wall
bracket. You w ill f eel the slots f itover the lips.
9.With t he bottom ofthe thermostat attached tothe bottom ofthe wall brack-
et, b ring t he thermostat back tothe wall. Line u p the latch a tthe top ofthe
thermostat with the corresponding liponthe wall bracket.
10. L ightly push t he thermostat toward the wall. When the latch and lipare
lined u pproperly, you will h ear the thermostat snap into place.
