Location
Install coolerso onlyfreshoutside air is permitted
toenterthecoolingsystem, preferably on sideof
building facing prevailing winds.Installunitthrough
window of room wheremaximum cooling is desired.

otherwindows as exhaust o penings. Avoid installing
unitinsidedosed in areas,suchas an atticor
storage roomwhichrestrictsfreeair movement
around cooler. A void installation nearventpipes,
kitchen exhaust, etc., a sodors o r

drawnintounits.
Mounting Stand
Thiscoolercomeswith a heavy-duty mounting stand
which includesinstructions forproper a ssembly and
installation. Unit s houldbe properly mounted prior
towater and electrical h unk-up.

Overflow Standpipe and
DrainLineInstallation
1. Install overfow drainbushingin bottomof
cooler.
2. Screw overflow standpipe into drainbushing
and tighten snugly toprevent l eakage.
3. Sliderubber washeroverdrainbushingpush
drainbushing through bottomofcooler,and
tighten
nut.
4. Connect ( copper/pvc/gurden hose)to drain
bushingand drainin accordance tolocal
codes(seeFigure2).
Connect WaterSupply
Awatervalveshonldbe installed at a convenient
locationto allowthewatersupply tobe RLrned on
and off(seeFigure3); 1/4"tubing isusedto
providewater tothecooler. A water connector
kit,available f rom y our d ealer,provides the
necessary items.
Note:Sofl waterequipment s hould not he
attachedto any waterlinesgotngto a cooler
