Troubleshooting

Symptom

No sound

Red LED not ON

Please note you may hear a tone from the subwoofer when the power are
being switched OFF, this is normal and not a fault.

Service
Before requesting service, please refer to the trouble-shooting guide above. To
obtain service please contact your local dealer.
Check
Subwoofer connected to the mains lead.
Power is ON.
Your unit is connected to the LINE IN (1) of
the sub-woofer.
Volume control (4).
Crossover (5).
Power switch is in ON position.
Subwoofer fuse.
Mains plug fuse.
