5.2.5 CR unit replacement or removal

1. After you replace or remove the CR unit in the service activity, Click the "CR unit
replacement or removal" in the Sequential repair service program.

2. Click the" Bi-directional adjustment" to perform the Bi-directional printing alignment
by following the procedure displayed on the screen.
3. When the Adjustment is completed following message is displayed.

4. Click the "Get status" button and check the waste drain ink pad counter in this
function. If the waste drain ink pad counter is around the limit counter, replace the pad
and reset the counter according to the customer request.
5. Click the "Menu" button to exit this program.

5.2.6 CR motor replacement or removal

1. After you replace or remove the CR motor in the service activity, Click the "CR motor
replacement or removal" in the Sequential repair service program.
2. Click the" Bi-directional adjustment" to perform the Bi-directional printing alignment
by following the procedure displayed on the screen.
3. When the Adjustment is completed following message is displayed
4. Click the "Get status" button and check the waste drain ink pad counter in this
function. If the waste drain ink pad counter is around the limit counter, replace the pad
and reset the counter according to the customer request.
5. Click the "Menu" button to exit this program.
