- That the camera server is switched on.
- That the network is connected correctly.
The camera server is not connected to the network correctly or is not switched on.
Check that the camera server network settings are correct and that it is switched on.

- That "$$$" is registered in the browser as a trust site.
(* The host name of the PC that holds the work folder data is displayed in the "$$$" field.)
- That access to the camera server is permitted.

server access is restricted.
Register the PC containing the work folder as a trust site in Internet Explorer, or
remove the camera server access restrictions.

Specify additional settings so that you can access the camera server.
