Using the stop watch

. Tap Menu ; > Tools > Stop Watch.

. Tap / to select Basic, Split or Lap.

. Tap Start to start.

. Tap Stop to pause.

. Tap Continue to resume.

. Tap Reset to clear.
Using the timer
1 . Tap Menu ; > Tools > Timer.

. Tap Set to input the time

. Scroll to set the hour, minute and second > Save.
