Rack hardware is not provided. (For more information on rack hardware that will work with this unit, call Black Box Technical Support at 724-746-5500.) We recommend that you use plastic or nylon washers under mounting screws to protect the Hub’s finish. -

• Verify that the AC outlet is functioning correctly. If the problem persists, observe the status of the external power supply’s LED and contact Black Box Technical Support at 724-746-5500.
