• Our company hereby promises to users that the warranty period of our T2102B series
products shall be valid within 12 months starting from the date of purchase (the warranty
period of the batteries within the television shall be 6 months), and our company shall be
responsible for providing free maintenance and repair for failures caused by non-human
factors in normal use, and our company shall provide maintenance for failures exceeding the
warranty period or caused by human factors, and shall charge the expenses of repair materials
and related expenses.
• Our company shall not bear any responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from
failing to operate the television according to the operation manual.
• Our company shall not bear any responsibility for any loss or claim for compensation
caused by the use of this product by a third party.
