    Macintosh installation To use your WiFi Cable Modem with a Macintosh computer please ensure your computer is set up to use DHCP (consult your Macintosh user guide for more information) and then connect the Ethernet cable to your Macintosh and the Modem. When power is applied to the WiFi Cable Modem, the test light turns on for about 15 seconds and then goes off.
