Navigating in the Symantec AntiVirus main window
The Symantec AntiVirus main window is divided into two panes. The left pane
groups activities that you can perform into categories. For example, Scan a
Floppy Disk, Custom Scan, Quick Scan, and Full Scan are tasks in the Scan
category. Individual icons represent each category in the left pane. When you
select categories and other items in the left pane, the right pane displays the
information that you need to perform a task.
To navigate in the Symantec AntiVirus main window
◆ In the left pane, do any of the following:
Click a plus sign to expand a folder.

Click a minus sign to collapse a folder.

Select an item to access the information in the right pane.
