Problem
The computer will not
disconnect.

Possible Cause
The connectors may be
jammed.
The optional extended
battery pack is jammed
between the MEU
recess and the
expansion connector.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Apply additional
pressure when
removing the computer
from the MEU as shown
in Chapter 2.

Applying
excessive force
may damage
connector pins.
Push down on the
battery pack to reseat it
in the MEU recess, then
disconnect the
computer as shown in
Chapter 2.
