VLAN Settings Tab

The sensor can ignore traffic belonging to a specific VLAN or range of VLAN numbers.
Procedure
To configure the sensor to ignore specific VLAN traffic:
1.
Click the Network Policy View icon and the Network Policies tab.
2.
Expand the tree by clicking the expansion symbol, and then select the custom policy name.
The modules for that policy are displayed in the tree.
3.
Click the Application Filter Module in the tree.
4.
Click the VLAN Settings tab.
5.
To configure an Ignored VLAN or Ignored VLAN Range, click Add located below the
appropriate table.
6.
Enter either a VLAN number or the beginning and ending VLAN numbers of a range of
VLANs.
7.
Click OK. The VLAN Tag and/or the VLAN Range is listed in the appropriate table.
8.
Click Commit to add your changes to the policy being configured.
