VSE2.5 and later
When you use MTO and OTM for the dataset allocated by VSE 2.3, you must specify the RF , RL and
BL by using the correct VSE parameters.
When you use MTO and OTM for the dataset allocated by VSE 2.5, Data Exchange can transfer
data without a VSE parameter.
