the computer. (Check for damaged files.)
Check if the video file shares the same name with the
subtitle file.
Verify that the video and subtitle files are placed in the
same folder.
Verify that the subtitle file format is supported.
Verify that the subtitle language is supported. (Open the
Product/Service Info.
