Call Forwarding

Call forwarding sends calls to the phone numbers
you specify. You can forward all calls to one number
or forward missed calls to different numbers
depending on the reason you missed the call.
You can forward phone lines 1 and 2 independently.

Forwarding All Calls

When you set your phone to forward all calls, an
icon appears in the top row of the display:
Phone line 1 is active; calls to phone line 1 are
G
being forwarded.
Phone line 1 is active; calls to phone line 2 are
I
being forwarded.
Phone line 1 is active; calls to phone lines 1
H
and 2 are being forwarded.
Phone line 2 is active; calls to phone line 1 are
J
being forwarded.
Phone line 2 is active; calls to phone line 2 are
L
being forwarded.
Phone line 2 is active; calls to phone lines 1
K
and 2 are being forwarded.
To forward all calls:
1 From the main menu, select Call Forward >
Forward > All Calls.
2 Select To.
If you specified a forwarding number for all calls
before, this number displays.
To forward calls to this number, press and hold A
under Back.
To delete this number, press O, then press A
under Delete.
3 To enter the number you want to forward calls to:
Enter the number using your keypad. -or-
Press A under Search. Select Contacts, Recent
Calls, or Memo. Select the number you want to
enter.
4 Press O.
All your calls are now forwarded to the number you
specified.

Turning Off Call Forwarding

If you don't want all your calls forwarded, turn the
feature off:
1 From the main menu, select Call Forward > To.
2 Set this option to Off.
