Diagnostics

Click Diagnostics in the Broadband menu to access status information about your Internet connection
and device.
The Broadband Diagnostic page is divided into sections.

Broadband Connection

The Broadband Connection section displays the following information:
Connection status:
•
Active — connected and transmitting data
•
Dormant — connected but not transmitting data
•
Disconnected — not connected to the network
•
Type of network (technology) you are connected to.
•
Roaming status.
•
IMPORTANT Do not click Manual Device Setup unless you have received an MSL number from
technical support.
