Basic Shooting
b. To stop shooting, press the red
START/STOP button again.
When recording stops, STANDBY
will be displayed on the LCD.
When a cassette is loaded and the camcorder is left in
STANDBY mode for over 5 minutes without being used, it will
turn off automatically. To use it again, push the red
START/STOP button or set power switch to OFF and then
back to CAMERA. This Auto Power Off feature is designed to
save battery power and to protect the tape Head and tape.
REC SEARCH
You can view a recorded picture with
REC SEARCH , function in
STANDBY mode.
REC SEARCH allows you to
reverse and REC SEARCH allows
you to forward, for as long as you
keep the button pressed.
If you press REC SEARCH button
briefly in STANDBY mode, your
camcorder will playback in reverse for
3 seconds and return to the original
position automatically.

Bleibt der Camcorder mit eingelegter Kassette mehr als fünf
Minuten im Betriebsbereitschaftsmodus (STBY), schaltet er
sich automatisch aus. Um ihn wieder einzuschalten, drücken
Sie die rote Taste START/ STOP oder stellen den Schalter für
den Betriebsmodus auf OFF und anschließend wieder auf
CAMERA. Diese Ausschaltfunktion spart nicht nur Akkustrom,
sondern schont auch die Videoköpfe und das Band.
Aufzeichnungen kurz überprüfen
Mit den REC SEARCH-Tasten können
Sie Ihre Aufnahmen im Aufnahme-
Bereitschaftsmodus (STBY)
REC SEARCH ,
überprüfen. Zum Zurückspulen halten
Sie die Taste REC SEARCH
gedrückt, zum Vorspulen die Taste
REC SEARCH
das Bild auf dem Monitor
wiedergegeben.
Wenn Sie die Taste REC SEARCH
im Aufnahme-Bereitschaftsmodus
REC SEARCH (Press briefly)
(STBY) kurz drücken, spult der
Camcorder das Band drei Sekunden
lang zurück. Dann gibt er die zuletzt
aufgezeichneten Bilder wieder, bis die
ursprüngliche Bandposition
erreicht ist.

Aufnahmetaste START/STOP.
Die Aufnahme wird beendet. Auf
