Select or clear the following option and/or applications:
• Auto-sync. When selected, your device will automatically sync Gmail,
Calendar, and Contacts as you make changes or receive new messages.
When cleared, information will not be automatically synchronized.
Tip When Auto-sync is disabled, you can synchronize individual applications
manually by selecting their respective check boxes on this screen. You can also
navigate to an application or item using the TRACKBALL, press MENU, then touch
Sync now.
• Gmail. If Auto-sync is enabled, clear the check box to exclude Gmail from
automatic synchronization, or select to begin synchronization of e-mails
on your device and on the web. You can also control synchronization by
selecting which e-mail label you want to synchronize. See "To select labels
to synchronize" in Chapter 6 for details.
