3. Enter the event title information and press NEXT (left softkey).
4. Select an event type using your navigation keys to scroll left or right.
5. Select an alarm time for the event using your navigation keys to scroll left or right. You
can choose No Alarm, On Time, 10 Min. Before, 30 Min. Before, or 1 Hour Before.
Note: The default alarm time is 10 Min. Before.
6. Select a repeating status for the event using your navigation keys to scroll left or right.
7. Select a ringtone type for the alarm by highlighting the ringtone field and pressing
8. Select a Start and End time and date for the event.
9. Select Go to Contact to select one or more contacts to associate with this event.
10. Press DONE (left softkey) to save the event.

Viewing the Task List

The Task List displays a summary of your upcoming events in chronological order. Each entry
displays its relative priority, due time, due date, and whether or not the task was missed.
Press
> Tools > Calendar > Task List.

Viewing the Countdown

The Countdown List displays the number of days that remain until specific scheduled events. If
the event itself was missed or ignored through your event alerts, that event displays the number
of days passed since the scheduled time.
Press
> Tools > Calendar > Countdown.
Jumping to Another Date
Press OPTIONS (left softkey) > Jump to date.

Managing the Schedule Alerts

When your phone is turned on and you have an event alarm scheduled, your phone alerts you
and displays the event summary. There are several ways your phone alerts you to scheduled
events:
● By playing the assigned ringtone type.
● By illuminating the backlight.
● By flashing the LED.
