and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. All rights reserved.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA"), DO NOT USE THE SERVER OR
COPY THE SOFTWARE. INSTEAD, PROMPTLY CONTACT TANDBERG DATA FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURN OF
THE UNUSED SERVER(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH TANDBERG DATA'S RETURN POLICIES. ANY USE OF THE
SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE ON THE SERVER, WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR
AGREEMENT TO THIS EULA (OR RATIFICATION OF ANY PREVIOUS CONSENT).

SOFTWARE LICENSE

The SOFTWARE may contain the following:
"Server Software" provides services or functionality on the Server; and
"Device Software" allows a single electronic device ("Device") to access or use the Server Software.
LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, this EULA grants you the following rights:
