It is wise to remove "Everyone" from Users and Groups box, click on "Everyone"
and click remove
Select user(s) that you want to have access to the share and click "Add"
Set "Allow" property correctly. In the figure above "Administrator" has "Full
Control", that means that he/she has read/write permissions to the share.
Setup an E-mail Account
If email was not setup initially, you can access the Email Settings dialog by going to Status and
select Alerts Settings. Otherwise, the usual place to access this dialog is through Maintenance->
Alert Email.
Select Enable Alert email
Check the critical level(s) that you wish the NAS to send.
Eneter the email address of the person that you wish the Alerts to be send to.
Enter the email address of the person responsible for the NAS.
Enter the SMTP gateway address.
