Problem
The power cord insulation is
damaged.
The power cord, plug and con-
nectors get hot during use.
The power cord gets hot when
bent or stretched.
No live image is displayed.
Check item/Remedy
• The power cord, plug and connectors are worn out.
This may result in electric shock or a fire. Unplug the power
plug from the AC outlet immediately, and refer to qualified
service personnel.
• An error notification (message) is displayed.
Check the displayed message and contact the system
administrator.
• Images from cameras may not sometimes be displayed
when receiving MPEG-4 images via the Internet. Check the
settings of the router or other network devices. Contact the
network administrator.
• Check the following settings of both the decoder and the
network cameras.
• IP address
• Subnet mask
• Default gateway
