When the Select Documents window appears, click the Add button.

Select the folder where your document is stored.

Select the plain text (txt) file you want to analyze, and click Open.

The file you selected appears in the Document column. The Path column shows the
location of the file.
Add more files to be analyzed, if desired, by repeating the steps above.

Once you have selected all of the files to be analyzed, click the right arrow.

The Assistant displays a progress window.
When it has finished analyzing, the Choose Words window appears.

Review the word list by Word or Frequency.

The Word column shows each individual word that has been found in
your document that is not in your personal vocabulary in alphabetical
order.
The Frequency column shows the number of times each word appears in
the document, sorted numerically beginning with the highest number of
occurrences.
To view the different contexts for a particular word, highlight the word and click Next
Context.
If all of the words are important to add to your vocabulary, click Select All.

Otherwise, select only the words that you want to add by checking the box next to the
word. To un-check all the selected words, click Clear All.
Click the right arrow to continue.

If ViaVoice requires that a pronunciation be recognized, you need to record a

pronunciation. Select a word in the Train Word window.
Click the Record button, then say the selected word or phrase. After you have

recorded all the words, click the right arrow to continue.
The Analysis Results window appears, showing these statistics.

Documents - The number of documents processed.
Word Count - Total number of words processed.
New Words Found - Quantity of new words found.
